A new product to simplify keeping track of thingsTraxItAll allows you to track virtually everything using one simple programBy MIKE BERMAN I've preached this before, but it's not too soon to say it again: The simpler things are, the better they are. For example, how many applications do you have on your handheld computer to track things, such as expenses, personal and business goals or even baseball scores? Five? Six? More? TraxItAll replaces all of these applications, plus many others, by allowing you to track virtually anything using one simple program. The concept is so simple that I'm surprised no one has come up with it before now. The creator of the program was impressed by the Franklin Covey and Stephen Covey "sharpen the saw" logsheet, w TraxItAll has taken this concept and converted it for computer use, although the company is in no way affiliated with Franklin Covey. For example, I'm using it to track my gasoline consumption on a weekly basis so I can see how to cut back on unnecessary fuel use (maybe one trip per week to the store, when it used to be three). Also, I've begun using it to monitor personal goals I've set and now have a daily record of how well I'm doing. Three different types of counting methods (exclusive to the application) allow you to select how you want to track your activities. These include:
The capabilities of this little program are endless. According to a company press release, many people are using it to track their blood sugar or blood pressure. Others have set up goals such as weight loss, physical fitness of even New Years' resolutions. The possibilities are endless.
